Your ZenGrid purchases are managed through Polar. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout; Polar will email you a one-time code.
Manage your purchases
- View orders and download invoices and receipts.
- Update payment details for future charges.
- Review your renewal date or cancel a subscription.
You can also open the portal from your Polar confirmation email. No ZenGrid account is needed.
License delivery
License delivery is separate from payment confirmation. We manually verify paid orders and deliver a signed ZenGrid license key within one business day. For delivery status or setup help, email hello@zengrid.dev from the address on your order.
Include your order number when contacting us. Never send card details or your license key.
Unsure whether your payment went through?
Check the order in your Polar portal and look for a confirmation email. If a charge is pending, or you see a charge without an order, contact us before paying again.
For refunds, email us from the address on your order. Our refund policy explains the available options.
